We have received permission from our insurance adjustor to begin demolition of the wall coverings that were damaged by flood waters. It has been approved to demolish up to one foot above the water-line. This process was again done by the Cotton team.

The air quality inspector was on site today to do an initial sample. The air quality in the office areas of the building were well within the acceptable range. The dust from the demolition work in the lobby area will skew test results. This will continue to be monitored. Recommendations were made and bids were taken to assure that air quality continues to remain safe for workers in the building.

Additionally, the wall coverings were tested for moisture. It was recommended that an additional three feet be removed due to the moisture levels found.

Work continued to get the freight elevator running.
