Demolition in the lobby continued today.

Otis Elevator was able to get the freight elevator running! YEA, thank you!

Hawkeye Electric continued to work on electrical repairs.

Building materials were tested for moisture. Any materials with moisture levels outside of the safe limits were removed.

The insurance adjustor was on site today. We have a check on the way to cover initial costs. There should be no problem in collecting our full coverage from the policy.
