Who could have ever imagined the devastation of the flood of '08? We saw the flooding in Cedar Falls and Waterloo that far surpassed the Flood of '93. Yet as we began flood preparations on Wednesday, June 10, we really could not begin to fathom what was to come.  The pages that follow are intended to keep you informed and document not only the flood but the clean up and recover from the perspective of the building manager of Plaza 425 and his wife the webmaster of this site.
